After ceramic coat i got difference in paint

Hey, company made an ceramic coat on my car with few “smart fixes” like removing splashes, after 1st wash and dry it with microfiber towel I noticed differences on my left doors, like in attach. Did they polish this place so bad to peel of original paint and get to base ? Is there any fix this without painting whole side ?

What else did you get done by the company besides the ceramic coat? Did they do a full paint correction beforehand?

What are "smart fixes" to remove splashes? Referring to overspray?

Pretty hard to tell from the pic, but if it was a reputable detailer or company to install a coating, they wouldn't have burned through the paint. If they did, get them to pay to fix it if you had pics of the car beforehand. If they are bad at their job and didn't do a paint correction, that could have been there before and now its just sealed in.
