Can anyone tell me if something is wrong here
is it me, or should the sway link be in opposite sides/orientation? or does it look like I have 2 driver's side front shocks????

Rwd passive suspension struts have the end link mounts on the same side (uses two left struts). If you have xdrive this won't work for you. If your car is rwd, but had the Adaptive M Suspension then you can use these, but will need to buy and additional "left" side end link for the right side.
