Well not really free when you'd have to invest a pretty penny. This was also in the news last year and the catch includes that you must live in the home and cannot put it up for rent or turn it into an Air BnB.

After January 1st what will happen you are only allowed to live there 90 days of the year unless you get a visa or take up residence
