Mechanical boost gauge
Is anyone running a mechanical boost gauge? Every boosted vehicle I have ever owned ended up with a manual boost gauge, it's just nice to know where it is at and I just want one.
Any good solutions available? Is there even a port to get a reference from? Last edited by 4bt4me; 03-28-2020 at 04:00 AM.. |

Someone found this and seems like the best plug and play option for boost reference. However, I don't know of any gauges/pods that won't look out of place in our cars.

No, but I do have the P3 cars left driver vent replacement digital gauge. Had to buy the BMS charge pipe water injection spacer so I had an analog tap port for the boost gauge since the F30 no longer.
Works great, and has a nice clean finish when installed. This is what I use: https://www.p3cars.com/bmw/p3-analog...f8x-2011-2019/ And bought the water injection spacer: https://burgertuning.com/products/b5...ethanol-spacer They have a full digital OBDII version, but that didn't work for me at the time since I was running a puggyback. Now that I'm tuned, I wish I would have. |
