Before anyone thinks it's just warming up the breaks no it's not it's a different noise and I know that isn't the issue.

I got my brake fluid changed 2 weeks ago and today I noticed that when I'm mid braking I hear a whistling / squeeling noise that doesn't go away. I don't know what the issue could be I never heard this noise until now. It's different than the noise when first warming up the brakes

Only the brake fluid was changed. No new pads or rotors

Sounds like you might need new pads (and possibly rotors). Look at your brake pads and see how thick they are. If there's not much left it's time to get some new ones. I advise getting this done at a third-party shop since the BMW Service Center will charge an arm and a leg. It's a routine procedure.

How many miles does your vehicle have? What brakes: standard, M Sport, M Performance (with drilled / slotted rotors)?

Stock grey brembos, so standard rotors, I hear it more as I slowly let off the breaks and when I'm breaking and turning
