N55 VAC Dry Sump Option

Got email today from VAC advertising this:

https://store.vacmotorsports.com/vac...s55-p5446.aspx

Seems like a great option for those of us worried about oil starvation issues while tracking. First offering of dry sump I've seen for N55. I know the S55 wet sump retrofit is an option too.

Not sure of pros/cons of a dry sump though. Would be interested to hear thoughts/experiences.

Saw that yesterday, at the 5500$ price tag, you gotta be pretty dedicated haha
S55 pan; pick ups etc are a great cheaper solution for the weekend warrior

Agree. S55/M2N55 solution is the better way to go for value.

S55/M2 N55 have a dual oil pickup rather than one, and the pan has baffling that the normal n55 pan does not.
