Adding a Cassette Player to a 428i?

Is it at all possible to retrofit a head unit cassette player (e.g. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ALPINE-7166...cAAOSw1y1eJPiQ) into a 2015 428i Coupe? The car has Harman Kardon speakers, a rear-view camera, and parking sensors; just in case that makes any difference in getting a better picture.

Yes, I know how ridiculous this sounds.

Yes, I also know I could get a portable cassette player like a Walkman and plug it into the AUX port.

Just trying to consider the feasibility - thanks for any input.

So your belief is the HeadUnit in a F Series BMW is no more than a audio device?

Suggest you learn more about the platform. This isn't your grandfather's Oldsmobile.

It's not feasible. Transfer your cassettes to CD, while gear still exists that's capable of doing it.
