Minimum ramp height to access for oil change?

From your experience what is the minimum ramp height for oil change on a 2012 and up 328i base model? I am looking at a 6 inch (15cm) ramp for easy drive-on without sliding away. But there is a 9 inch (23cm) ramp for higher clearance, but may be hard to drive on based on some reviews.

Six inches would be a tight squeeze. The only problem with an 8-9" ramp is if you have a front spoiler.

Thank you Billfitz. I have a factory front-end...a "vanilla" base sedan.

My stock suspension xdrive with Msport bumper can't make it up rhino ramps without boards.

My base 328i drives right up Rhino ramps with no problem.

Changing oil with a portable drive-up ramp of about 7 inches was not a problem. Still some room to spare. I had to do it myself because the commercial quick change places (albeit only $20+) would not allow me to use my own oil/filter, etc. and I am not going to use their generic brands.

Rhino ramps work perfect. Literally just used mine for an oil change last night.
