Top Windshield Trim
https://www.bimmerworld.com/Body-Aer...317258053.html
Im looking to replace this trim on my f30 since mine is crumbling into pieces and I think it may be causing wind noise now. I dont see any guides on how to replace it. Does anyone have any insight? |

My favorite diy tip is that you learn to put things in by taking them out. I hope the video helps, but if not, I'm sure you'll figure it out. Good luck!

imquittingthecult did you ever get this job done? I'm in the same situation, looking around for tips and haven't found much.

Anyone find a video on how to do this with the F32 specifically? I haven't found one yet.
The rotted pieces are pretty easy to remove but there seems to be some sticky residue deeper in the channel and I don't know what that is. Also I'm not 100% sure the procedure for installing the new replacement piece. |
