Hello to all im new on this forum. Ihave a big problem my car bmw 328i f30 last 2 weeks shut down all systems (abs airbag esp and motor power less)
no one touch my car because i live in europe and the car is import from usa.
we have make diagnostic and show to us problem on flexray communication. the car have 65000km real and i dont drive much fast. please any help i will approciate because really all bmw dealers avoid to repair the car.

Did the diagnostics show there was no communication across the Flexray or something else? If you have a more detailed description of the all the faults that might help. Don't know much about Flexray, but one of the causes of what you are generally describing is a bad ground some place in the Flexray loop. See this video to get some idea of what I mean:

THANKS FOR THE ANSWER. and yes have problem across to flexray. the point is what diffrent have the usa bmw from the european bmw and no one dont want to update the ecu or something like that

Getting that same

On my 2013 335i f30 after getting a e tune and 2 step colder plugs

Any help on what this would be ?

Im also having issues starting the vehicle in the morning after sitting in the cold all night, first attemp car will not even try to turn over, lights will all go off and im left with “hood open” message on dash

Shut it all off try again and strts right up

Ive attached my codes as well, I believe the mis fires are tune related, and drive train malfunction is from overboosting and diverter valve failing me about 21psi

I bought a f30 328i, on the way home I was adjusting the mirrors and lost power to the driver master power windows switch. Once home I replaced a fuse (forgot which one under the hood) and it fixed my issue.
The next day I lost all window switches except the passenger window. Its the only one that will roll up and down. Protool and ista will allow me to roll up and down the windows.
I rechecked the fuse and all is well, as well as all the other fuses under the hood.
The ac didn’t work when I purchased the vehicle. And it’s missing a running light (reason for those codes) not sure if ac is related to the window switch issue
I’ve learned a lot on Ista (including the installation) and am finally stuck at this point.

It ended up being the Master block window switch. They say that once the fuse pops most likely the switch is on its way out. I also unplugged both side mirrors to confirm they weren’t messing with the communication either.

The rear windows didn’t work because before the switch broke, it had the rear windows lock on. Once the new switch was on and lock off. All was fixed.
