Fog light on Bmw F30

Hi everybody

i se a lot of beautiful F30 here and a lot of the US cars don't have foglights on the car why?

Her in Norway its stock on the bmw not M3 M4....and rest of Europa i think

So if i movie to the USA Can i order a F30 335m with foglight?

the new f30 340s come with fogs lights so if you were to order it would indeed have fogs. the pre lci f30 335s did not have fogs but oil coolers behind the left and right openings and they deleted the fogs for those.

Thanks for the info , interesting because mine got foglight and oil coolers behind the left and right side with the opening so i Can se tru.

I think fogs are ugly. I wouldn't want them if I had the option.

Unless you got the Lux line, they came with fogs pre 2016

thank goodness mines didn't come with the fog lights. I do admit their nice when lit with the main headlights, but other than that it seems to stick out in the daylight, lol

Like others have said, the US-Spec F30 all have fog lights unless they were ordered as M Sport Line pre-LCI.

I do not believe fog light existence has anything to do with the auxiliary cooling systems. My 335i Sport Line (came with fog lights) has the auxiliary oil cooler on the passenger side, and the M-Sport bumper kit has a fog light grill with open mesh to fit to the same stock air cooler duct. This would be the same for the auxiliary radiator on the driver's side (the fog light grill has a removable panel behind the mesh just like the passenger side).

Here you can see the oil cooler on my passenger side (but no radiator on the driver's side as my car was originally a Sport Line):

I have since changed out my fog lights with the OEM LED fog lights (not shown). I love driving with the parking lights on + fogs.

Ha! Thanks. I worked with iND (specifically Cat@IND) to have them custom painted. I went back and forth on how they would be painted and iND was really great to work with. My thread on this:
