F30's headlights look boring if you compare it to the benz' c class refresh... taillights look close to the new 6er... side view makes me wanna buy an E90 instead...

south... send me a real picture of the F30 without the camo... I know you got tons

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!

The center dash better be a 1-series mule (although I don't think it is)...if not, major fail as it looks SOOOO cheap and technologically backwards. For those of you that like the next 1 series, then you will like this interior.

This confirms that I will be holding on to my mint condition e92 for a long time

p.s. Putting deposit on new 2012 Audi A7 (still keeping the e92) on Monday...Euro Delivery of course!

Cheers.

this must be the low-range 335, look at the interior dash ... its not the half-blacked out version seen in the previous model (last shots)

notice the steering wheel has no buttons on it or anything either. this interior is just a total thrown together mock-up, not to worry fellas

There is no way that is the final nav screen. That looks like the screen that used to come with 5 series and up when you opted out of idrive. They won't go smaller than the current 3 series. The 5 series screen is huge.

Too early to judge. I thought the new 1-series was looking good...until the headlights were revealed ...but the interior was a nice surprise. And if anything, the interiors of all the models have really improved over the ones that came out during the Bangle years, so let's hope that continues.

1. like the Auto-stop-start function, used it on the MINI cooper and it was kinda cool, at first its annoying but then you get use to it...I know alot of CA are going to have a field day with this one with the clients lol

2. Not a big fan of those wheels, which will mostly get 20% of the buyers to upgrade to 18 sport wheels or m sport wheels extra $1200 or 900...booo!

3. Not sure if I like that interior, looks closer to the 1 series....

My next car is the F30, hopefully it wont disappoint...

So a couple things we now know:

1: A 6MT will be offered
2: The wheel design is sexy.
3: Alpine White looks great even with camo!
4: Start Stop Technology will be included

I would love to see an interior quality improvement. I would also like to see better quality paint. The orange peel on the e9x is horrible.

^^^THIS! You guys are judging way too much on the interior. Its not even the same interior in all pics...

I do like where this is going, but it doesnt matter to me. Ill have to wait a few more years til the show the F30 CS or whatever the next 4dr M3/4 will be...

How about on the f30/f32 we get to pick from a few upgraded wheel options instead of just one?

It would be weird if there ends up being a 340i. Maybe instead of a 335is a 340i?

I'll reserve final judgement after the car is out rather then basing it on the spy shots but is it me or there is not that much of a difference in appearance to the E90 on the exterior????? Yes it's longer in wheel base and shorter in the back but not that much of a radical change from the E90.

Why do you think the roundel spot is camouflaged? Maybe there is a spot for a backup camera like the VW?

Agree. Nav looks cheap. Very disappointed. Exterior looks better except for the turning signal.

I don't see how any e9x fan could not be excited about these pictures. What I am seeing is an attractive, evolutionary development on what is often considered the best overall car in its class.

Interesting that on a forum designed for BMW fans, very few are posting optimistic comments.

Many are just saying the first thing they don't like about the cars
-which aren't even finished yet!

So much for being "BMW enthusiasts" if you can't even say anything positive lol...
