X40i tuning - Litchfield Motors

Litchfield are now offering B58 remaps.

Stage 1 (remap) = 435bhp / 425lb/ft (£600)
Stage 2 (remap & exhaust) = 450bhp / 440lb/ft (£2k)

With an MPPSK 340i, the Stage 1 looks very enticing for £600...especially when my warranty expires this September

Given that Litchfield have a good reputation tuning, among there things, the Nissan GTR I'd wager that its remap will have been developed from a sound technical perspective.

Good improvement and value for money for that tune.

EDIT : Definitely do your due diligence before making any decisions, especially with those that have only just started tuning these engines.

I've got a print out from DMS after the remap there - similar money for similar gains - and I'm getting another print out this weekend to make sure their numbers aren't rubbish. The Litchfield results seem good and the cost is decent considering the company.

Give it a while and BM3 / OFT might be available for the B58. If that's the case it'd be a great option.
