If the "Open Connection" window under "Target" is empty (no targets), verify the following:
  1. That the "psdzdata" folder is installed properly (From the PSdZData_Lite or PSdZData_Full extraction, copy the "psdzdata" folder to "C:\Data\" (i.e. "C:\Data\psdzdata")
  2. That the psdzdata chassis folders each have an empty "dist" folder. Make sure that there is an empty "dist" folder in each of the psdzdata chassis folders, and if missing, create as needed, e.g.:
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F001\F001_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F010\F010_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F020\F020_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F025\F025_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F056\F056_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\I001\I001_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\K001\K001_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\KE01\KE01_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
    • C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\RR01\RR01_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
  3. The the E-Sys "Options" => "Settings" => "Directories => Data: path" is set properly (e.g. "C:\Data")

Those are the only 3 things. Check again.

Make sure you have c:\psdzdata and not c:\psdzdata\psdzdata.

Hi Shawn I'm trying to code 6NS into my F20 from 6NH I followed a guide however when I try to code HU it says please activate fa first with G008 would this be because my intergration level is higher on the car than on the e -sys ? Or is there something else I'm doing wrong

No. FA Must be activated before you code anything. Is FA Activated?

At top of FA, it should show Active if it is Activated.

I've just configured these settings on my F30 330d (2017), and yes it works!! Thanks Frogman. My car, for reference

Now they're working, any ideas how you stop them from flickering? This doesn't appear to be a warm/cold check as its flickering really rapidly, rather than once or twice per second. And... the cold/warm front indicator check setting appears to be switched off already.

Hi, I have an f36. I have just fitted a m sport steering wheel. The steering whee buttons/paddlesl work fine however the lights behind the buttons don’t turn on, I did try to put the cluster on full brightness but made no difference and my horn isn’t working either. Any ideas? Cheers
