2017 Navigation Map Updates (Updated)

No, not each part.

All parts except the last part should be identical in size, at around 734 Mb. If any are smaller, they were corrupted during download and need to be redownloaded.
Use WinRAR (not WInZip 7-Zip, etc.).
Open only Part1.rar and hit Extract. It will automatically extract all files and folders that are spanned across all parts of the .RAR archive.
If Copying & Pasting the Password, make sure you are not picking up any leading or trailing spaces.

I bought a 2014 328d in Oct. it has the 2013 sw version. Shouldn't BMW upgrade that for free? It should have been delivered with the latest version, right?

Actually, you have the latest version as 2014 NEXT Maps for NBT are not released yet..

Hey Shawn, do you know if your contact has the current 2013 North America NEXT maps for NBT? If it takes too long, I don't mind using the older maps even though an update is coming soon. Right now, I'm still suck on European maps.

I guess I can wait another two weeks for the 2014 NBT NEXT Maps.

They were supposedly released 2 days ago. Give it a week or so to be packaged and made available.

2014 North America NEXT Road Map for NBT should be available in a few days.

You can tell which navigation system you have by the startup screen or home screen.

Maybe. Go under iDrive Navigation Options, and select Version Info.

If you have 2014 Map, you are current. If you have 2013-1 or 2013-2, than there is now a newer 2014 version.
