Transmission Fluid? Bad Syncros

I have a 335i manual with a second gear synchro grind. Since I got the car, it has gotten better and I can get it into second gear without grinding, but I still want to improve the transmission shifting feel and make it easier to go into gear. I’m not sure between redline d4 atf and redline mtl. Which one would be better for the transmission shifting feel and for the Syncros. I live in Nj where in winters it’s usually around 20 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Summer is usually 60 to 90.
