Help: Emergency Call Malfunction / Odometer

Hello,

Been getting an "emergency call malfunction" error for a few months now (never took care of it) and now I'm trying to reset my odometer + resent my engine oil light (bc I changed myself).

Can't seem to get the odometer reset to work (while pressing for a few seconds)

nor am I able to get into the service panel (when holding the odometer button for 10 seconds after turning the car on)!

Could the two be related?

What to do?

I am also stressed bc I am planning to return the 2018 330e back after lease, and was told that my warranty expired a few months ago.

Could they charge me to fix the call function? And/or could that be super expensive if not in warranty?

thanks!!
