Hello all!

I hope you are all well and safe for the New Years coming. Let’s make 2022 a better year.

I hope you don’t mind me asking in helping my YouTube channel to reach to my first 100 subscribers and there will be a giveaway

I’ve started documenting my work (side job) as it’s my passion to wrap and to detail. Hoping in the future I can turn it around and do it full time

I dont doubt it involves alot of skill but it looks like the roof has been Tarmacced

Lol! A customer requested the film after seeing a YouTube video of a Corvette in the states with it on. Drove an hours journey to me. But after being applied it looks nice when the sun hits it at different angles. It’s one of the films that’s a must see in person so I’ve tried it on my steering wheel with gloss PPF over on top to see what it’s like with the gloss effect.

Reminds me of painting the roof of my MK2 Escort with Hammerite to get a vinyl roof effect

I’ve started out 5 years ago on my last car, interior was constantly getting changed then when first lockdown came I decided to do a Cadbury Wispa theme and decided to email Cadbury a picture of the e90 interior. To my surprise I got a voucher worth £2.50

My friends wanting it done as well then it grew from there. I’d love to get an indoor space where I can do a full car as I’m doing it outside, weather permitting… can be very annoying.
But I love to teach myself more on window tinting, I’ve got the basics, just the types of film, when to pull shrink etc when I have time

I’ll be doing a video within the next week. I’ve got a work van to decontaminate as the roof is covered in fallout deposits from parking at an industrial site

Then after it will maybe be a surprise, could it be the worlds first style of wrap, making my interior from 15mm carbon plate forge fade into a traditional carbon weaving in my car?

Just thought I'd revive this thread having been down to see Willie Shakmeister5000 today to have the lower portion of my bumper wrapped in gloss carbon.

Top man and a top job, I watched him work and it's certainly more involved than I thought it would be. Video going up soon I believe for those who have checked out his channel.
