Best iOS app to check system readiness?

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right section so if it isn't I'm sorry.

What is the best iOS app (read via obdii bluetooth connector) to check system readiness in terms of inspection emissions?

Thanks!

My guess is that bimmercode can probably do that? But I'm not sure. You can download the app for free and use the demo mode to poke around a bit and see if it looks like it has what you need.

Bump. I was looking for similar a while back. Found some apps on the App Store but they required a separately purchased adapter. All else fails, try using the BMW Drive Cycle Procedure. https://www.instructables.com/How-to...or-Smog-Check/.

i don't think bimmercode can do diagnostics? bimmerlink does. i have both and they both use the same connector or you can do direct obd2-enet-lightning

I think "four stroke" which is a free app, under "emissions readiness" will give the answer.I have used that to check before going for the yearly inspection.

I don't know if it's the best, but it's free and does show emissions. Works fine with my Veepeak...
