Do sportline bumpers have a removable "diffuser" part?

Hey all - silly question, but does a 328 and 335 with sportline bumper have actual different bumpers or is the center piece changed out? It LOOKS like there is a section that is either detachable or molded to look like it. I am thinking of doing dual exhaust on my 328 and avoiding doing the M Sport thing all at once.

It looks like the Sportline, Luxury, etc., have center bumper sections that swap out, but RealOEM doesn't show that.

Does that center piece actually come out or is it molded?

I have a Sportline myself and have been looking for a rear diffuser to no avail. I've seen some Chinese stick-on's but the prices on them are ridiculous.

If the price is absurd thats typically because its out of stock and they dont want to take the ad down for search placement.
