BMW Canada is hiring

Or more specifically I have an opening with my team.

Details can be found here: https://www.bmwgroup.jobs/ca/en/jobf...Processes.html

Essentially I am looking for someone to transform and digitize the service experience for our customers and retailer network.

The role will focus on reshaping what the service journey looks like and prepare for the world of autonomous driving.

I am looking for someone who is passionate, and figured the best place to start is here on the forum.

I am not sure if I qualify.
I am a computer science degree graduate from University of Waterloo.
I have been doing software developer for the last year.
I am a huge bmw fan. Going to get my 3rd consecutive bmw soon!
I code my own car. Change wheels and brakes. Do vinyl wrapping. Fixing body panels and etc.
Please let me know if you are interested in me. I can send my resume.

The bummer with these BMW roles is they are always contract. I've had the qualifications for a number of positions over the last 24 months but the contract aspect unfortunately is a turnoff.

You never know whether or not they will renew your contract. Whereas with permanent full-time as long as you are fulfilling the expectation they can't get rid of you.

I couldn't tell you. That's a question for the OP.
