No lubricant? (Brakejob)
Recently did a brakejob for my girlfriends F31 on the front side.
Interestingly the guiding pins did not need to be lubricated according to newtis/ISTA. What do you do? Did I perform my brakejob the right way by following that directive in the instructions? Last edited by Mikej0h; 09-24-2020 at 05:38 AM.. |

Normally (outside of what newTIS says) you grease them with silicon grease. If relatively the mileage is low on your GFs car, you can skip it once, it’s not a big deal.
