Brake Torques F30 320D LCI

Hello Folks
I'm looking for the torques of the screws needed to change the Brake Pads and Discs. Its a 2016/2017 320D LCI 190 PS; 2.1 0005 ;2.2 cdx001069. Non-Performance Breaks.

I was looking through the forum but only Performance Breaks, Pre LCI, or Torques from 335is... and I imagine the Breaks are mightier in a 335i than in my little 320D.
