Need to replace tires after 29K miles.

My (actually my wife's) 2021 330i came with the 19" BMW wheel upgrade and Bridgestone Turanza 225/40R19 run-flat tires - both front & rear. She does not drive aggressively, but I was surprised to discover that the tires will soon need replacement. I had known that run-flats don't get great mileage, but still had expected a bit more life.

So now I'm trying to decide about replacement tires and am leaning toward all-season non-run-flats. Other than needing to purchase a sealant kit, and battery powered compressor (like I have in my 230i), is there anything else I need to worry about?

Would using 225/40R19's in the front and 255/35R19's on the rear make sense? Rims are same width front and rear, since this car didn't come with M-sport pkg which had staggered rims.

Also, would the recommend tire pressure change with different tires? Door Jam recommendation is 35 psi front and 42 psi rear.

i would get a tire plug kit, instead of a sealant kit. you should also get a 2 ton scissors jack, 12V air compressor from the cig lighter, 18" breaker bar with 17mm six point deep socket, in case you need to remove the tire

255 is too wide for 8". consider 235/40/19(26.4") square for a bit more sidewall and grip OR 245/35/19(25.8") square for noticeably more grip. OEM is 26" for reference

with non runflat, prolly 2psi more up front. i'd leave the rear as 42 seems a bit high already.
