Ideal tyre pressure for 328i M-sport?

What is the perfect tyre pressure for F30 328i M-sport 225/45/18 squared, running on winter tyres?
As I was changing tyres for the winter season, the tyre specialist told me that the recommended tyre pressure (the one listed on the door- 32psi) was too low for winter tyres.
I was searching for more info on this forum, but couldn't find anything specific.
What is your take on the subject?

BS, just run 32 as recommended on the front and 36 on the rears (thats how it is on my staggered set, dont know if a square set should be the same, I'd assume so).
