Headlamp vertical aim control malfunction

Hello,

Last week I had an error message saying Headlight-range adjustment not working. I brought the car at my local dealership and they said they've found that the rear height control was defective... They changed parts 37-14-6-867-535 and 37-14-6-870-000. HEADLIGHT VERTICAL AIM CONTROL SENSORs. They say that they've also replace rear ride height sensor and did a calibration.

Today, I got my car back, drove home during the day. I take the vehicle at night and a new message appears... Headlamp vertical aim control malfunction... They said the problem was fixed, but it created a new one ???

Any quick fix, reset or I will need to spend more money and time on this. Lights seems to tilt down after after I start driving. Sometimes, message disappear and they seem in a straight position.

I am confused and dont know what to do anymore..
