[Sold] My 5th BMW Build: Melbourne Red 335i 6MT

Decided to document my OEM+ build journey for my recently acquired 6MT 2015 335i M-Sport! I started my BMW obsession 4 years ago with a Melbourne Red 328i Sport Line. From there I've owned: '15 M235iX, '15 M3, and '16 M235i (totaled).

This build started promptly, with number one (of course) being a catless downpipe.

As of 01/06/2022:

- Catless downpipe
- MHD Stage 2
- Resonator delete
- BFI alcantara shift knob & boot
- Alcantara center armrest
- H&R Sport lowering springs
- Megan Racing strut tower brace
- Motegi Traklite 3 M145 18x8.5 +30 wheels
- MPerformance front + rear diffuser
- MPerformance aluminum pedal covers
- Carbon mirror caps
- Red start/stop button
- BMS aluminum charge pipe
- BMS clutch stop
- BMS performance intake
- Debadged trunk

Next I installed an alcantara shift knob & boot with m-tricolor stitching from Black Forest Industries - right down the road from me in Cary, NC!

It is night and day different. If I were to drive both back-to-back, it would be akin to getting out of a Buick LeSabre and into a Corvette. Two very different cars. That said, I do love the F30 chassis - and the $/HP/fun ratio is ideal.

I wasn't financially ready for the F80 M3, but I don't regret owning it for a year haha

Debadged the trunk lettering with fishing line and my fingernail. Couldn't get the last bit of residue off so I purchased my first polisher -- worked great!

Front H&R springs installed. I realized I didn't have the correct tools midway through, so I started on Friday and finished Saturday morning. Doing the rears today!
