Strut Options for 435 Gran Coupe

Hello,

Is it possible to use F32 (Coupe) strut parts on a F36 (Gran Coupe)?

I read the Bilstein B4 Front DampTronic Suspension would be an option but can't find any definitive guidance on whether these would work for the Gran Coupe version of the car.

I have leaking front struts on my 2016 435 Gran Coupe xDrive, with adaptive suspension (eco/comfort/sport modes).

Much appreciate any help here.

Yes, F32 and F36 struts are the same format. BMW has different PNs for those models (damper performance differs slightly between them), but the aftermarket just uses the same damper across all models.

The only thing you need to make sure is you get an xDrive strut and not ones meant for RWD vehicles.

Thanks!

Would there be anything on a strut product to suggest it is compatible with xDrive?

I saw some with "EDC" on it which I think refers to the adaptive suspension feature, but didn't notice anything for xDrive.
