Exclamation DINAN Sport Performance Tuner for N20 possible issue?

I picked up the DINAN Sport Performance Tuner for N20 now almost a year purchased in 4/2/18. Maybe 5-6 weeks ago, started to get engine hesitation with drive train fault. Service center found fault code for bad coil and replaced it (ext warranty only covers one). Fixed.

Yesterday got hesitation again and fault(i.e.: drive train notification), but then it disappeared upon stop and restart. My thought was maybe another coil is going bad given wasn't able to change all but not sure because no new fault code (yet) and drive train notification no longer displaying.

So, I noticed that when I set the D-SPORT app to "STOCK", the engine runs smooth with power no problem no faults. When I set the DINAN D-SPORT app to SPORT or RACE, the engine hesitates again. The difference is clearly notable although now unable to get a fault. Side note: also notices the app was updated recently. Not sure if that's a thing.

Anyone have similar issue? If so, any suggestions?

2013 328xDrive bone stock F30/N20 with 68K miles and no other issues.

When 1 coil goes bad its normally a sign that all of them need to be changed as they will fail soon

Your car does not misfire on stock because its less boost, so its easier for the coils and plugs to keep up.

Eventually once coils get worse, it will misfire on stock as well

Makes perfect sense. I'll replace all the coils and will see if it helps. Much appreciated!

Did changing sparkplugs help? I literally installed Dinan sport less than a week ago and have noticed the gear will sometimes get stuck and wont upshift when I try to WOT. Just revs high and wont upshift unless I use the paddle shifters. Really havent had the issue before. Transmission is normal not sport. In all drive modes it feels like the car is only pulling 70% as hard as it used to in the 20-60mph window. Feels good in low revs in comfort mode though. I may unplug soon and see how it feels without. Probably just going to switch to BM3 though.
