Replace Halogen H7 to LED?

My halogen headlights is so ugly. I want to replace the low beam bulb to LED. I know, it’s illegal and cops will be fine me.

Anyone made this ‘conversion’? If yes, which type of LED you bought?

This is what I chose. Very happy with results. Also have LED fog, parking and turn signals up front.

You'll need BimmerCode to code out flickering but well worth the investment and super easy to do.

Do they still illuminate the road properly ?

Yes, of course. Much brighter, and whiter as far as I'm concerned. Never been flashed by oncoming traffic. Definitely better looking and ultimately safer than halogens.

I used the same. You will need to change them for your MOT as they dont meet the regulations for light scatter.

Don't think they have an MOT like ours on the other side of the pond
