Intake bm3

Hey so I'm curious if installing an intake will screw up my afr I'm running stg 2 93 oct my car is a 435 2015

I don't think it will negatively impact the car. If it has any impact it's probably positive. Stage 2 is usually aimed for FBO cars which includes the intake.

Closed box intake is the best. You don't draw in any heated engine bay air which nets less power, you just get sound. The oe box with a high flowing filter is your best performant option. If open box + sound is really what you desire, can't go wrong with the CTS option. Avoid any and all oiled filters/intakes. Thay includes K&n, BMS and some Afe.

I have the injen and have 0 issue. If you talk to mike from xph, intakes do yield a small amount of power especially when fully bolted with a tune. You can catch them on here pretty cheap every now and then

Doesn't the intercooler cool down the air anyway?
