I've not long traded in my manual M140i for an auto 420i GC. The 140 is crazy fast but just not as focussed as I'd like, very easy to be doing silly speeds. In the wet you might as well be in a 118i as it just spins the wheels, most probably would of been better without run flats. I spend most my time in traffic or with the kids in the car so decided to be more sensible.
The B58 engine is addictive though, looking forward to trying the new Z4/Supra.

They come with MPSS non-run flats as standard. Did you opt for run flats then?

As quick as an M2. No wonder he sold his M2 lol

Story goes I went in to test drive a used Z4 on 28/03/17, got back to the dealership and mentioned the M140i. Turned out they had a car in stock with ok spec including run flats that was about to be pre registered before the new car tax rules came in on 01/04/2018. I got a big discount and inflated part ex on my GT86 so did a deal and drove away with the M140i on 31/03/2018.
