"SPRING RATES:
~14% Increase in Front - 220lbs/in (stock: 193 lbs/in)
~23% Increase in Rear - 650lbs/in (stock: 530 lbs/in)

RIDE HEIGHT:
Front - Approximately 19mm (3/4") Lower
Rear - Approximately 9mm (3/8") Lower"

What car are these measurements taken from?
For the ride height drop, was this from a 340i M Sport suspension, or the standard suspension? Rwd or X-Drive?

Their blue shop car seems to be a 340i RWD, at least that's what I can discern by looking at the pictures on the various install PDFs in the BMW F3X section.

I like these wheels BTW.

Check the last page on the PDF for a shot of the rear of the car:

These were measured from our F30 340i RWD shop car with the factory M-Sport Suspension. We have not test-fitted these on an X-Drive model, and cannot confirm the fitment at this time.

Are these chassis mods worth investing in day to day non-track driving? I don’t know much about either one of these, expect the rear subframe insert that I used to have in my MK7 from 034.

It's nice to see an older chassis being modified and tracked.

Even for daily driving, our Billet Inserts substantially help pick up the slop found in the factory subframe mounts and differential mounts, resulting in a more responsive on-throttle feel, as well as chassis rigidity and handling dynamics through a corner.

Ordered the P34 B58 air box this morning from the UK store. Love the OEM+ look you’ve got on them. Looking forward to getting it fitted and hearing some turbo flutter!! Thing sounds nuts on the video

On the website, for the P34 intake it says CFM @ 28" for the stock intake is 647. For the X34 intake, it says the same CFM for the stock intake is 590. What is the correct value?

P34 - OE Intake: 674 CFM (@ 28in H2O)
X34 - "Stock Intake: 590 CFM @ 28” H2O"

It looks like it was just a typo on our end, 674 CFM is the correct rating for the stock intake. We had listed 674 CFM in other areas of the website, so it must've just been a typo.

This has since been resolved, thank you for catching that!

I'm thinking about getting the springs right now. Worth it to get them alone or do you recommend getting the sway bars as well?

Our Dynamic+ Lowering Springs would certainly improve both the handling and stance of your 440i even without upgrading your sway bars. However, doing both would substantially transform the handling performance and overall driving dynamics of your car. Our sway bars really help the F3x chassis stay planted through corners, as body roll is drastically reduced.

You can't go wrong doing one or the other first, especially if you plan on eventually getting both done!

034Motorsport Street Density Motor Mounts are the new standard in comfort and performance. These mounts are redesigned with performance in mind and manufactured from high-durometer rubber for increased performance and durability without sacrificing comfort. Street Density Motor Mounts are optimized void-free and fluid-free, eliminating the slop and the possibility of leakage and collapse associated with the factory mounts.

Street Density Motor Mounts are manufactured from high-durometer rubber instead of polyurethane for a number of reasons. While vulcanized rubber mounts are more expensive to prototype due to the complexity of manufacturing and high initial tooling costs, rubber is inherently better than polyurethane as a damping medium for mounts and bushings. Rubber is able to deal with stress under both tension and compression, while polyurethane mounts rely on the damping medium to be effective only under compression. Rubber is also excellent in shear, where polyurethane is ineffective, making it ideal for applications that apply a shear force to the bushing during articulation. Rubber does not pack and wear like polyurethane does, which ultimately results in a long-lasting part with consistent performance and comfort.

034Motorsport Street Density F3X BMW Motor Mounts are also compatible with the BMW Motorsport Motor Mount Reinforcement Inserts

FEATURES:
  • Manufactured from 60 Durometer Rubber with Optimized Void-Free Construction (No Fluid to Leak Out)
  • Reduced Drivetrain Slop
  • Decreased Engine Movement Under Load
  • More Direct Power Transfer
  • Improved Shifting Feel
  • Minimal to No Added NVH, Slightly Noticeable at Idle but Not When Driving
  • Complete Drop-In Replacement of Factory Engine Mounts
  • Compatible with BMW Motorsport Motor Mount Reinforcement Inserts
  • Sold as a Set (2 mounts)

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
  • (1x) Left Motor Mount
  • (1x) Right Motor Mount

The 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit is available for BMW F2X and F3X Chassis. The 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit features perfectly-matched front and rear sway bars made from high-quality spring steel for maximum rigidity and durability.

Designed to reduce body roll, improve turn-in, reduce understeer and enhance steering feel, 034Motorsport's Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit is the ideal upgrade for those in search of confidence-inspiring handling on the street and track.

Dynamic+ Sway Bars are available individually for those that are looking to upgrade in phases or match an existing customized suspension setup.

TRACK-PROVEN HANDLING PERFORMANCE:

The Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit was thoroughly evaluated on the street and track with the 034Motorsport F30 BMW 340i before release to ensure they provided the most optimized handling experience possible.

SWAY BAR BENEFITS:
Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit:
The Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit features perfectly-matched front and rear sway bars made from high-quality spring steel for maximum rigidity and durability. This kit contains perfectly-matched front and rear sway bars designed to reduce body roll, improve turn-in, reduce oversteer and enhance steering feel. 034Motorsport's Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit is the ideal upgrade for those in search of confidence-inspiring handling on the street and track. By installing the Upgraded Front and Rear Sway Bars together, F2X and F3X BMWs will have the best balance of adjustability to dial in desired rotation and stiffness.

Front Sway Bar:
The front sway bar upgrade on the F2X/F3X BMW will dramatically improve the steering directness and reduce body roll. With three points of adjustment, dialing in your handling has never been easier. When installing the 034Motorsport Front Sway Bar with the Factory Rear Sway Bar, the increased stiffness in the front suspension will create more understeer and reduce oversteer tendencies in F2X/F3X BMWs, making the car more predictable and safe at the limit.

Rear Sway Bar:
The rear sway bar upgrade on the F2X/F3X BMW is designed to reduce body roll & understeer, while improving turn-in, rotation, and oversteer during cornering. Installing the 034Motorsport Rear Sway Bar with the Factory Front Sway Bar will provide the driver with an oversteer bias setup and would be great for those looking to have more rear-end rotation and “loose” handling!

SWAY BAR FEATURES:

Front:
  • 3-Way Adjustable
  • Soft: 62% Increased Sway Bar Rate Over 340i Msport
  • Mid: 72% Increased Sway Bar Rate Over 340i Msport
