Car is finally fixed. The second used cloned cluster did the exact same thing as the original. Did not let the car go to sleep. My theory is cloning a faulty cluster to another makes the one being cloned also faulty. I took it to the dealer and they put in a new one and coded it. Now it's fixed. $2000 ouch.
