there are soooo many threads on this. but to keep it simple some people run m3/m4 oem pre-gapped plugs, I beleive they are a step colder and rated for the higher power/boost the car is putting down. I haven't done a ton of research on this but I have seen A LOT of threads, you can also ask your tuner what they recommend.

p.s. whatever you decide to buy, purchase from fcpeuro. lifetime gaurantee/exchange and plug swaps on tuned cars are recommemded more frequently.

Actually, depending on mileage, you may be due. The factory plugs can last 35-50K miles usually no problem but on a tuned vehicle especially with higher boost and potentially higher EGT you'll probably want to replace around every 15-20K miles.
