I should be able to swap my paddles from my M sport automatic steering wheel right? My wheel is showing significant wear would pick this up to replace it if the paddles would swap over.

You'll need to drill out the mounting holes, but otherwise it should fit.

It appears to be the exact same part number for automatic /paddle shifter and manual trans according to realoem.com. I don't see any difference in holes either by looking at the photos of various wheels. I think all the holes are there.
