I brought a 2 year old Bmw from a local garage with diamond cut 20" 405 wheels six months ago. With the car under Bmw warranty I took it back to the main dealership as the wheels are corroding badly now. The main dealer told me the wheels had been re furbished and were no longer under warranty. Do I have a case to take the car back to the garage and plea my problem?
Any advise or is it sold as seen

Cosmetic issue that doesn't make any difference to the useability of the car. Sold as seen, I'm afraid to say.

The M Performance wheels weren’t factory fit, so only have 1 year warranty anyway I believe.
