Ok because when I had the secondary cat on with no muffler and resonator you would hear a slight whine towards the top end like above 4K Once I chopped it off the whine went away

I’m doing the same setup with ER catted DP Tuesday and will flash stage 2 shortly thereafter on my N26 with stock exhaust. I’ll see if I have the same whine and report back.

It was a good while before the whistle started, maybe two months. Let me know though!

After todays phone call they told me the hose from air filter to the turbo was broken and someone tried to fix it. Which in turn caused the turbo to slowly get axial play which resulted in damaged turbo.

More pictures and info follow up when i pick the car up. Maybe today but certainly on monday. I will get the broken hose so i will be able to show the damage here.

I get it I guess. $150 part. But I mean.... glue RIGHT next to the turbo inlet?

Ok so today i recieved the car.

The problem was that the pieces of plastic broke and broke the turbo ''fan''.

So they replaced the ''fan'' in the turbo and also replaced the hose that was broken.
Today i get in the car and car drives perfectly. When i get home something must have broken again or was left behind because there was high pitch above 1800rpm AGAIN. After i drove the car back they said the turbo ''fan'' was broken again and they are replacing it yet again

Nothing smart to say but i can tell you that if you have high pitch whine above 1800rpm and there is noticable power loss its probably damaged turbo impeller.

What plastic would have gotten into the turbo to break or damage this? Doesn’t sound right to me... did they show you the damaged one? If so have any pictures?
