Got my first bmw and want some advice on mods or exterior mods
I have been leasing my last 2 cars and finally decided to buy after scoring a deal on a 440i gran coupe
Was originally pulling the trigger on a 16 340 and ended up with a 2019 440 for a grand less 🤩!

It’s a base non M sport model in grey and it seems impossible to find a front splitter. I only found 1 on eBay but looks sketch AF!
I have ordered a new set of carbon fiber kidney grills and cts intake.

My goal for the car is to be estheticly appealing (carbon exterior and interior pieces) and make around 350whp without adding an obnoxious exhaust (I think the stock exhaust with sport mod is the perfect daily sound .... maybe just a down pipe later down the road &#128524.

Rims: planning on powder coating the stock set black to go with the carbon vibe.

Any nice F36 builds on here?

Does your car have M Adaptive suspension?

Improving suspension behavior generates more smiles than perhaps any other modifications.

There are many excellent coilovers for your car. Even entry level coilovers will transform the suspension behavior.

cfm56d7b no adaptive suspension. Those are pricy maintenance pieces if they go and in nyc streets I bet they get a beating lol
so I didn’t mind not having it.
Any particular set up? I’m gunna need to take the rims off to coat anyway so might as well work on suspension!

Ahh yes … NYC streets which will never be fixed because NASA needs moon size potholes to test interplanetary rovers.

Did not see if your car is xDrive or RWD.

If RWD - there are more coilovers to choose from.

I had excellent experience with KW Street Comfort coilovers: minimum drop and substantial improvement in suspension behavior.

If your car has run flat tires, installing go flat tires will also make the ride more comfortable.
