Please help find the fault code 0301A0

Please help find the fault code 0301A0 by Ista-d
It said window regulator on passenger's side door rear: system is not normalised
Can I fix it?

Not sure if this will fix it, but have you tried holding the down button for that window until the window bottoms out (keep holding for 5 seconds), then repeat with it with it going up and closed for 5 seconds? Maybe the over-torque settings need to get reset.
