Yes, it was already linked in this thread. See first post.

You can also read through that thread and the boost leak tester thread for how i found/fixed my leaks after removing and reinstalled IC and CP several times.
Got it sorry I missed that I ordered the 4x59 and 4.5x60

For all looking to buy a CP stay away from CTS turbo. Not because of their product (which is an issue) but because their customer service is the worst I've seen in a long time
I've had zero issues with all my CTS products.. 🤷*♂️ Gotta make sure it's installed correctly
I wish that were the case, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it three times. Brought it to my friends house who is a professional racecar driver (E46 M3s) who does all his own work and I brought it to a local European specialist. At some point a turd is a turd - This CTS CP is crap

Man, this is awful! What were your symptoms other than the codes thrown? Hissing, low power? Reason I ask is because sometimes I feel like I'm over paranoid... Kind of like when I constantly think I have cancer, except this rubs off to other things in life... Especially my cars... I've always been paranoid about boost leaks and want to know how for sure (other than a smoke test) how to be able to tell if you have one as far as identifying the symptoms.

You wont hear the hissing, even with a massive leak. You also may not get a code. I had a huge leak, as evidenced by data in the logs. Took me multiple tries to solve it, and throughout the process, i never heard anything or got a code.

You can infer a leak from the logs, but the only way to know for sure is a pressure/smoke test.

Sorry to hear you had issues with CTS, I have ordered things from them in the past such as the intake and Chargepipe they offer and while I do get that their customer service may come off as not the best...in my specific situation I was getting error codes from a vacuum leak which my Indy shop claimed it was the Chargepipe. After tests, later found out it was a leak from my crank shaft. When I personally installed my Chargepipe in, I do remember the clip being further in place unlike the first picture you posted. And after the Indy shop removed and out the pipe back no my car they dropped an O-ring causing loose fitment and a leak which I had them inspect. After the O-ring was replaced I have yet to have issues with the car, it’s held boost (not tuned). When you had the charge pipe put on did you wiggle it while pushing it onto the throttle body? Mine was a slightly tighter fit and I left the metal clip in place while maneuvering it until it clicked in place. I have also seen some people who install aftermarket chargepipes rub a little oil on the inner diameter of the pipe to help slip it into place easier if it has a tight fit.
