New struts and shocks - Need part validation

Greetings!

So, my 2013 F30 335 xDrive doesn't have the sexiest suspension, all OEM parts at the moment. It's really bouncy with only 48k miles (is that normal for this model?). I drove my friends '14 same model and it's way stiffer and easier over bumps. So, I'm allocating funds for new suspension in all 4 corners. OEM ride height. Can ya'll validate my part numbers? I'm buying all of this from Rockauto.

Shocks rear: BILSTEIN 24264570 B6's x2 - I wanted the performance but with OEM height.

Struts front: BILSTEIN 35142461 B6 front right. BILSTEIN 35142454 B6 front left. MOOG K90460 x2 Strut bellow. SACHS 803148 x2 Strut mount.

This good? Anything else I need to add or remove? Much appreciated my fellow gear heads.

- Alroc

I have the same car as you, but with 85k miles. I don't find the suspension to be bouncy. And its taken a beating from these NJ roads.

Edit - I have an Msport, which I believe has different suspension components, so maybe thats why.

I feel that everyone's different when it comes to suspension. I also live in NJ (about 15 miles from NYC) and the roads are horrendous. Really makes you wonder where the money goes. I just rolled over 60k and absolutely could use a suspension refresh. My driver side strut is leaking and the car is a good amount harsher over road imperfections than my buddy's 30k mile 335i Xdrive.

Does this change the ride height? I'm not looking to lower it at all.

It will lower it a minimum of 1/2" (12mm) from what the specs say... I live in the city and I'm going with basically a 1-1/2" drop... the shop manager doing my car has the same drop on his f30 340 and says he has no issues and that's on H&R springs... He's going to test it out and adjust for a daily driver comfort etc... so we'll see...

The best place to validate Bilstein part numbers is the Bilstein web site.

Incidentally, are you planning to replace the OEM springs?

Wasn't planning on it. It's a 7 year old car. Unless you think it A) needs it and B) wasnt messing with the drive height etc.

Lol... didn't you know... they are paying off debt owed for covering the pension costs... and that's the truth..... expect the taxes only to get worse along with the roads etc.... just watched a video about it last night... very sad how the govt runs things there...
