I ended up pulling the trigger on the Fuel-It CPI kit and Split Second AIC1 controller. I'll make a new thread once its installed and I get my custom E85 tune from F80Paul.

If you can post the process, that'd be super helpful. I want to go the same route, I have a custom tune from Jordan.

I'll try my best to detail the install process.

I hope this goes well and I'm really looking forward to hearing about the process and results. There seems to be no other cars with this set up at the moment, or if there are no one is sharing the info.

Yes. Sounds like they had some customers but none of them are forum posters. I feel like once we get a couple of impressions this will really take off. I know a lot of us are waiting with an itchy trigger finger. Really want to get this setup. Straight E85 is just so much easier to deal with than the other options.

I hear you on that and thats the reason I bit the bullet and got the CPI kit.

Seen plenty of pump/E85 blends with meth, but none has run full E85 with a system that could handle it. That's why I am very excited to see what full E85 will do.

I wish I had some e85 stations closer to me. As it stands, I bought 12 VP Racing jugs and I make the trek to put four gallons in each one every 5-6 weeks, so I can at least run e30.

How far is your station? I am basically doing the same thing. Closest E85 station from me is 30 minutes, but I figure going there once every 3-4 weeks should be good enough.

An hour away. I get some curious looks with all the pretty colored jugs lined up on the ground. And then a couple weeks ago, at a local gas station, I was fillng my tank with one of the jugs and some girl in a Jetta was amusingly recording me. Maybe she just thought I was hot, I’m not really sure.

How is your experience so far running the cpi kit with an aftermarket charge pipe?

I am looking to do the same, but when I reached out to fuel-it they told me "The CPI injector needs to be as far from the throttle body as possible hence the billet coupler we offer for those kits. Mounting the injector too close to the TB will cause poor distribution."

Also, if that is the case, than how does the WMI Kit that is mounted even closer work great?

Does anybody know anything about when the XDI pump is coming out and if its worth the wait?

Thank you

no matter what you don't want to spray right on the throttle body. But it depends on how much you're flowing and what type of fuel. water meth will atomize faster than pump gas, so there's less risk. however if you're running higher meth percentages, then the risk of damaging something goes up and it becomes more corrosive.

For meth, the throttle body spacer is your best option. it sprays right after the throttle body.

I want to run E40-E60 on a daily tune and get a custom map from f80paul for ms109. CPI is probably my best option just want to see how it runs with an aftermarket charge pipe. However, with the xdi pump coming out soon I might wait to see what kind of results it has.

A couple things

E40-E60 will have better performance than MS109
You don't need fuel upgrades to run MS109
It will run the same with or without the stock charge pipe. You can even tap the manifold and install it there if you want.

Snow performance meth kit!?

Has anyone heard anything from the Snow Performance Meth kit for the B58 It has a separate reservoir that runs off this “Boost Juice” but I’ve seen one installation where a guy just tapped into he windshield washer reservoir and would just use the icon on the dash when running low! Honestly cool setup & good results on his behalf! I was curious into taking that route!?

I have WMI with an FTP charge pipe using an ofset coupler for the BMS adapter. I've been playing with e40-e50 in the fuel tank and X98 in the meth tank. I have a PS2 and got my 1st throttle closure at 75add (around 24psi). I'm going to change to the CPI kit but need to fabricate a new bung for the FTP charge pipe. I'm done with filling up the meth tank. Would be great to hear if anyone has used straight e85.

I will be next year, but no one has reported results of a full E85 tune yet. Some people are working on it though.
