Huel. I've still got a bag left out of 2 that I've ordered a year ago, I think is great because nutrition table looks healthy and is vegan. I see its handy for as a quick meal during busy days rather than having empty stomach and being sad or rude to others.
Anybody got suggestions on how to best use it?

It's just a meal replacement shake. Personally I'd prefer the food.... Guess it's ok if you genuinely don't have time to eat but with a bit of prep that's almost never the case.

Real food is real food. I've bumped into a kind chap today shortly after lunch time offering free left over sausage rolls, is just sometimes is not for me.

I have a few yFood bottles in the fridge. Some days when I'm busy and don't have anything in I'll drink one at lunch and it's surprising filling.

I always carry protein flapjacks for in-between snacks. Cheap and more protein content than Huel
