SOLD. BMW 397 18" Winter wheels set

Wheels now SOLD.
I have a set of Genuine BMW 18" 397 Style wheels and winter tyres for sale.
They were fitted on a 2014 F31, only during winter.

All four corners have Pirelli Sottozero tyres, 245/45/18 with 3-4mm tread.
They have the Original BMW centre caps as well.
Two wheels have light kerb marks, one is a little worse, and one kerb free.
All wheels are in good condition otherwise.

Wheels are located in Bristol, buyer to collect.

*Edit - Tyres are actually 225/45/18.

Hi,I could be interested.my only concern is if the tpms (If they have them) are compatible with my 2015 Lci.Dont suppose you know.? Just trying to do research.I think in mid 2014 the system changed.Did the tpms work ok on yours and was your car an early or late 2014?

Hi Neal,
The tyres do have the TPMS. The car they were on was registered in May 2014, and produced in March 2014. It worked fine.

The part number for the wheels is 36 11 2 289 747 if that helps (taken from the original invoice)

As far as I'm aware, when they introduced the TPMS in LCi and onward they all have the same valves with wheel sensors, as shown in the pics above(silver).

Earlier versions (<2014) had the standard black rubber valves and the TPMS in those was in conjunction with the ABS system. It didn't tell you what the pressure were but told you if you were loosing pressure.

So if your current car has the silver valves then these should work for you, if you have black valves then they would still be suitable as the later will work with earlier system but not the reverse.
