Yo!

So I had a CIC to NBT ID4 retrofit around 2 years ago and its worked perfectly and no issues!

Since this morning it’s been saying: Attention, no warning tones. I get 0 sound from anything, no music, no radio, no chimes no nothing. I can navigate around the system perfectly fine etc

I’ve removed the fibre loop cable in the boot and plugged it back together but nothing. Any idea

Have you tried doing a forced reset by pressing the volume button in for 25-30 seconds until it reboots?

Have you updated the maps recently?

Nope not tried that yet. I will do though

I feel like it could be the fibre loop cable so not sure if it’s worth getting another

Why do you think it's the fiber loop cable? That wouldn't suddenly die for no reason.

I have attached the combo box I think. But does anyone no where the hell the amp is in my car!!!
