Perhaps it alludes to the MPG you'd see on a cold start on your first few 100 metres?

Real world testing. You will get less than 10mpg on a cold engine as you first pull away.

Looks like they've been force to tell the truth now

Handy if all your journeys are approx. 100 metres and always with a cold engine, otherwise who gives a shit what the cold start mpg is? It will of course increase as you drive more and the engine warms up.

Am I missing the point here? :

Seems like a mistake, I think they've mixed up figures, 1st is mpg and second is the litre/100km figure seen on other European sites

[QUOTE=MarkyM;23415213]Seems like a mistake, /QUOTE]

I think the mistake is putting it back up on the configurator as have they not stopped production as they said not worth putting it through WLTP for low numbers until new model.

I suppose they might think doing so might generate some enquiries at dealers to help them sell cars in the pipeline and pre-reg before September.

Looks like they’re buggering around with the configurator again, has been impossible to use all weekend!

So I would expect 340i co2 emission will go up as well.
Recent facelift apparently changed 6500 parts on the C class, price went up at the same time. "Premium" spec. downgraded too. Still didn't fix the front tyre crabbing on the 4-matic cars.

Garage List
bmw.co.uk → New Cars → Build and buy your BMW... ZERO models show up (and that's 3 different browsers).
