Noise from the back when lightly touching gas pedal

Hey!

This strange noise is coming from the back when lightly touching the gas pedal. The noise is gone when pressing the pedal normally and it is persistent when holding that light press on the pedal. It is there only when the car is not warmed up. After 5 minutes of driving the noise is gone. It is a veeery light press on the pedal.
The sound is something like when a metal touches metal, like when that disc protection is touching something, somewhere.
It is a BMW 320xD GT (y 2014).

No errors on computer and car works just fine.

Any ideas?

It might be the exhaust valve flap opening?
