Please take screenshots so we can see if you are offered the services for your VIN number or your retrofitted ATM. Because if it’s still based on your VIN, there are services you will never be able to purchase, making the whole process through the Dealer with a new unit a big waste of time and money.

If you have been following my line, you'd know I've had an issue with Topdonas harness even before Sim was registered. Suffice to say, checking the connection has not been my greatest priority lately
