Max E-Drive by default

Hello.
I was wondering if anyone could please help me figure out how to code a 2016 F30 330e to start in MaxEdrive by default instead of auto edrive.

the Edrive toggle enables the check mark to enable max edrive at start in iDrive menu but the check mark is grayed out and cannot be selected. What does that mean?

Enabling drive toggle will add the option to iDrive screen but it's grayed out and can't be selected

Has anyone figured this out yet? My car defaults to auto e-drive and I would like to default to max e-drive.
